On our marketplace, organizations provide offers for data available for research, describing the dataset, objectives, desired insights, and outcomes of interest. Researchers can apply for access through specific research proposals. Organizations then provide their data to selected researchers after approving promising research proposals. Organizations always remain in control of access to their data.
